Hello viewers,
This has been a sad weekend. First, Bernie Mac and now Isaac Hayes.
It just so happen that today I went to the wake of my wife's cousin and with all this death around us.
Let's just take a moment for silence.
Remember that No Day is Guaranteed and We Should Strive to make good use of each day.
I went to college with a friend whom said his sister was married to Isaac. This was his 1st wife.
But what I remember about Mr. Haynes is his hit album ...."John Shaft"...It came out in the late 60's at a time where African American needed a hero. And John Shaft became it.
Now, we can always argue what that era of movies did to our people's mind but what we can't argue is "We Are Black".
So again, let's Pray for the living legends around us.
